Hannah Montana: Rock Out The Show est un jeu mélangeant aventure et rythme sur PSP. Le joueur incarne la jeune star qui se retrouve en plein Tennessee. Elle va alors vivre une histoire pleine de rencontres, qui suit la trame du film. Mais elle n'oublie pas son métier de chanteuse pour autant, puisque le jeu réserve quelques phases de karaoké.
